Hey Yall'! :)

I'm Breanne Coe, 21 from Dallas, Texas! I have been attending a local community college working on my associates degree – I only have 12 hours left! I have NO idea what I want to do when after I finishe up... I know my passion is kids but I'm just not sure what path I want to take for my "grown up" job! So “limbo” is a great way to describe my education plan at the moment!

I am an Aunt to 3, and yes, they do call me “Aunt B” -- 2 dirty boys and 1 little princess! They inspire me every day to be a better person and to truly walk the walk - for I always have little eyes on me! They are everything to me and I am so blessed that God choose me to be their Aunt B. My family is my world, and sometimes I think we are all to close for our own good. Weekends are filled with BBQ's and games nights, and not a day goes by that we all don't talk to each other.

I work at a 2 Day a Week Pre-K program (aka… Mothers Day Out) which is a "day care" with structure, curriculum and a lot of Jesus thrown in the mix! I am the toddler teacher and they keep me busy! I also have a retail job at Gymboree, a children’s clothing store, AND, I am a Scentsy Consultant (a wickless candle)!

I love to sing, it may not be beautiful all the time but I like to pretend it is! My life is a song to be honest, for I relate everything to music... You can say a word - and 9 times out of 10 I can sing a song to the word you tell me! True Story. :) I still haven’t quite figured out how I can do this, yet I can’t remember anything about the test I have studied hours for!

I also LOVE, love, love baseball! I could sit out at a ballpark all day everyday! My Rangers are rocking the season so far, just in case you are behind!

My missions experience is rooted in Mexico. I was blessed with the opportunity to go to Mexico through AMOR Ministries with my childhood church. I spent my Spring Breaks during Middle School and High School in Mexico and then 1 year as a College Mentor / Team Leader. While in Mexico we spent a week with just our hands and hearts building a home(s) for a family in need... We also had the privilege each year of visiting and ministering to orphans at a local orphanage. With each year I went to Mexico the more my heart grew for missions, and the more God allowed me to see the world in a new light. It was at my 2nd visit to the Orphanage that I experienced the most humbling example of God’s grace I have ever witnessed, ever!

My life has been flipped upside down when our precious father called ME out by name, and blessed me with this incredible opportunity! I sometimes just sit in awe and wonder how our God has picked me, this little girl from Texas, to do such a big task! We all have a purpose in life, and I have a feeling that God is about to open the flood gates for me!

What a blessing this is going to be for each of us! To bring hope and to sing of his name to people who have never heard of his redeeming love.. I can't wait to teach these people that there is something more out there, that someone loves them more than anything in this world. That they are not alone in this crazy world, that in fact God is secretly holding them through it all... We serve a mighty, mighty God, and I want to make sure I leave Africa leaving HIS mark, and his word on their hearts. I can't wait to be transformed and I can't wait for Africa to rock our world!

I am scared to death to leave my family and “my babies” and to step into the unknown of what Kenya has in store for me! I am beyond excited and I am so ready to do more with my life then just be in limbo with school. I feel as if there is SO much more to me than a degree in Child Development. There is more to me and my indenity then being an Aunt and being a momma's girl! God has more for ME! This journey is an emotional battle for me and I am so ready and excited to meet you all!

I just have no idea what is ahead of me and can not wait to start this journey with each and every one of you!

With arms held high and heart abandoned -

-- Breanne Coe :)
